Responsible Outreach Policy
StreetToWeb’s requirements for relevant, transparent and respectful B2B communications.
Relevant business communication
STW is intended for legitimate B2B opportunity development. Research must support a relevant business reason to contact someone. A purchased list, public email address or AI recommendation is not automatic permission to send. Applicable communication laws and provider policies must be respected.
Accurate identity and claims
Messages must identify the sender and represented business accurately. Deceptive subject lines, impersonation, invented relationships, unsupported claims and fabricated customer results are prohibited. Required business and postal information must be included before outreach is enabled.
Respect a decision to stop
Recipients may reply asking for no further contact or email support@streettoweb.com with the address to suppress. No account, fee or explanation is required. Suppressed addresses must not be reimported to bypass an opt-out. Opt-outs must be honored within applicable legal time limits.
Prohibited activity
No harassment, threats, discrimination, illegal targeting, phishing, malware, fraud, prohibited content or abusive bulk sending. Do not use sensitive personal information to manipulate or unlawfully target individuals. Do not bypass account permissions, provider restrictions, daily caps or pause controls.
Review and enforcement
Targeting, messaging and sending settings require authorization. Exceptions and uncertain responses require review. STW may pause or refuse workflows that conflict with these rules. Report a concerning message to support@streettoweb.com, including its subject and sender so it can be investigated.
