How StreetToWeb handles website inquiries, business contact information, research and service data.

LAST UPDATED / 15 SEPTEMBER 2026

Who we are

StreetToWeb connects service businesses with potential customers through research, qualification and introductions. This notice describes our public website and business workflows. Contact support@streettoweb.com about privacy, the identity of the contracting provider, or how your information is used. A client agreement may provide additional details for a specific engagement.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you submit: name, company, email, website, offer, target market, optional deal value and message. Please do not submit passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information.

Service workflows may contain client account details, company profiles, business contacts and roles, research sources, correspondence, qualification notes, meeting information and commercial records. Research may come from publicly available company pages or approved commercial sources.

Our hosting services process request and security information, such as IP addresses, timestamps, browser details and errors. The inquiry form stores a pseudonymous daily network identifier to limit abuse rather than retaining a raw IP address in the inquiry record.

Why we use information

We use inquiries to respond, assess service fit and discuss a potential engagement. We use service information to deliver agreed research, qualification, communications, meeting coordination and pipeline support. Security information helps prevent abuse and diagnose errors.

Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the activity and applicable law: responding to requested pre-contractual steps, performing an agreement, consent where required, legitimate interests in relevant business operations subject to the individual’s rights, or legal obligations. Public availability does not by itself establish permission for every use.

Business research, email and AI

Research findings and AI recommendations require review; a signal or inferred need is not treated as a confirmed fact. Relevant business information may be processed by an AI provider such as OpenAI when an authorized workflow uses that service. This website inquiry form does not automatically send its contents to an AI model.

Email and calendar information may be processed through the connected provider, such as Google Workspace, once authorized. Access is limited operationally to the purpose of the configured workflow. If you received a message from STW, our Why You Were Contacted page explains how to request information or stop further outreach.

Service providers and sharing

Our public website and inquiry storage use Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Authorized business workflows may use AI, business-research, email, calendar or payment providers when configured for an engagement. We share only information relevant to the service or purpose.

Relevant opportunity and conversation information may be shared with the client whose offer is being discussed. We may also disclose information when legally required, to address abuse or protect rights. We do not offer website inquiry details for sale as a contact list.

Cookies and website tracking

We do not add advertising pixels or visitor analytics tools to this public website. The inquiry form uses a short-lived verification token held in page memory, not a tracking cookie. Hosting providers may process essential security or access information. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Retention

Website inquiry records are scheduled for removal after 90 days when the form’s cleanup runs. If an inquiry becomes an engagement, relevant information may be retained in service records for as long as needed for the relationship, legal obligations or resolving disputes.

Abuse-control records are cleared after their short operating window during cleanup. Research and communication records are retained according to their business purpose, freshness, the engagement and applicable obligations. A minimal suppression record may be kept to prevent contacting someone who has opted out. Contact us for details or deletion requests.

Security and international processing

We use encrypted transport, protected administrative access, prepared database queries and access controls appropriate to the workflow. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Applicable contractual and legal safeguards must be addressed for the relevant service and jurisdiction; this notice does not claim a certification or a universal compliance status.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, restrict processing, object to marketing, withdraw consent, or complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.

Email support@streettoweb.com with your request. We may ask for proportionate identity verification for access or deletion requests. An outreach opt-out needs only the address to suppress; no account or explanation is required.

Updates

We may update this notice when the service or our data practices change. The date below identifies this version. Material changes affecting an ongoing engagement will be addressed through the relevant communication or agreement.
