Terms of Service

Terms for using StreetToWeb’s website and arranging B2B growth services.

LAST UPDATED / 15 SEPTEMBER 2026

Scope

These terms apply to use of the StreetToWeb public website and initial service inquiries. Paid services require a separate written agreement identifying the provider, client, scope, fees and responsibilities. If the signed agreement conflicts with these website terms for those services, the signed agreement controls.

Our service

StreetToWeb supports business research, service-provider matching, approved outreach, qualification and introductions. The available scope depends on the engagement, integrations, data access and approvals. Features described on this website are not a promise that every workflow is active for every client.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and only share data, materials and account access you are authorized to use. Protect account credentials and notify us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your offer, approved claims, lawful targeting and commercial decisions. See the Outreach Policy for prohibited uses.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee leads, meetings, customers, sales or revenue. Research can be incomplete or inaccurate, and interest can change. Your business must independently assess an opportunity and any commercial commitment. AI-generated output requires appropriate review.

Third-party services

Email, calendar, research, AI, hosting and payment services may have their own terms, fees, quotas and availability restrictions. Their outages, data quality and policy changes may affect service delivery. Using STW does not override any third-party policy or applicable law.

Fees and cancellation

An inquiry is free of a service commitment. Any growth fee, opportunity or meeting fee, success fee, billing schedule, acceptance criteria, attribution period, cancellation and refund terms must be agreed in writing before paid work begins. There is no automatic subscription created by this website form.

Intellectual property

StreetToWeb retains rights in its website, brand and pre-existing systems. Clients retain rights in materials they provide, while granting the permissions needed to deliver the agreed service. Ownership and permitted reuse of engagement deliverables are governed by the written agreement. Do not reproduce protected materials without permission except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use and suspension

Do not use the site or service for fraud, harassment, unlawful targeting, deceptive messages, data misuse, security interference or circumvention of sending controls. We may restrict access or suspend work to address misuse, security concerns, nonpayment or legal requirements, subject to any applicable agreement and mandatory rights.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party information. Liability allocations and any caps for paid services belong in the signed agreement. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disputes and contact

The applicable governing law and dispute process for paid work will be specified in the written agreement. These website terms do not select an unconfirmed company jurisdiction or override mandatory legal protections. Contact support@streettoweb.com with questions or concerns.
